100 Scripture Verses to Memorize from Psalms

My favourite scripture verses to memorize from the book of Psalms. Be sure to grab the handy download so you can work on them at your pace!

Psalms is one of my favourite books of the Bible. I love the ebb and flow, the reminder that being human also means being angry, upset, frightened and irritated. But we also see God’s patience, goodness, faithfulness and comfort in those times when we feel most vulnerable.

As a mom, it spoke to my heart (especially Psalm 34!) Loving my role as a mom was both beautiful and hard. I had the greatest gift ever given to me but there were days when I felt like I couldn’t handle everything that came with it. Dirty diapers, cranky attitudes and the constant need to make meals, clean the kitchen and do laundry without a chance to sit down.

So I took comfort in Psalms. A Psalm a day, to meditate on, to bring to the front of my mind in the difficult moments and to speak over my family as they went about their day.

I encourage you to memorize scripture, but to also really dig into Psalms because it is so wonderful!

I have a wonderful download for you, all of these 100 verses in a place where you can spend time meditating on them!
