In case you didn’t know, I like crisps. Especially blueberry crisps. I also like single-serve recipes. It makes a nice snack in the evenings after the kids have gone to bed.
This recipe makes two servings if you need to share it with someone. Or you can reheat the second for yourself later 😉
These also can be done in a regular oven but we got an air fryer for Christmas…yes we’ve jumped on the air fryer wagon! So I’ve been trying out different recipes.
This is one of those recipes that works wonderfully in the air fryer. Doesn’t heat the whole kitchen for a small dessert and cooks up quickly.
I tried these on two different settings. We have a Ninja Dual air fryer so in one drawer I did the air fry setting and in the other drawer, I did bake. Both at 350°F. The bake setting seemed to brown the top more than the air fry setting but there wasn’t much else that was different.
Of course, if you don’t have an air fryer, use your oven or toaster oven. You will need 2 oven safe 1 cup ramekins, I don’t have a substitution for that.
The original recipe is from Allrecipes, I only made slight modifications. If you’re looking for a tasty treat but don’t need a full-sized crisp, give this a try!
